What should i do when i receive my delivery?
All Hornygra packages are perfectly sealed before they are shipped to you. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the
package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will
replace the items to you within few days.

Are in-transit products insured?
All In-transit items are insured. If you feel item is damaged on opening, we would request you to not accept the item or report back to us immediately by contacting Hornygra customer service.
Can i modify my delivery address?
You can change the address after placing the order and paying for the same. Go to the My Orders page> Select Order and click on "Change Address". This option will be available for 30-60 mins after the payment has gone through. Please note that the address can only be changed once and that the estimated delivery time for the order might change post the address change.

How do i cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Ifyou paid via a prepayment mode (credit card, debit card or net banking), then your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Amount paid will be refunded back to the same mode which was chosen by you at the time of making the payment.
Please note – Order cancellation request is not accepted once the order has been shipped. If you do not wish to keep the product, please do not accept the order when the delivery is attempted.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
Except for Cash-on-Delivery transactions, refunds are made to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. The refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and be
equivalent to the transaction payment received in Indian Rupees.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT?

Our replacement policy allows you to request a replacement at no additional cost if the order received by you is not as ordered.
